What's here for your stay, and what to bring, so you can pack light.
Chef's kitchen and culinary supplies
- Premium cookware: a full set of quality non-stick pots and pans. The indoor stove is induction, so if you bring your own cookware, make sure it is induction compatible.
- Specialty bakeware: baking sheets and casserole dishes.
- Cutting and prep: a high-quality chef's knife set, multiple cutting boards and a rolling pin.
- Measuring and mixing: a complete set of measuring cups and spoons, large mixing bowls and a colander/strainer.
- Small appliances: blender, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, hot pot / slow cooker and coffee grinder.
- Dining service: complete dinnerware and flatware settings for 6 guests.
- Glassware: dedicated sets of wine glasses, cocktail glasses and shot glasses.
- Barware: cocktail shaker, strainer and muddler.
- Coffee station: Keurig machine, pour-over coffee maker (glass, with a permanent filter), moka pot and coffee mugs, plus K-Cups, ground coffee, sugar and a few non-dairy creamers.
- Pantry staples: salt, pepper, herbs and spices (a relatively comprehensive collection), cooking oil (such as olive oil) and sugar.
- Kitchen consumables: an initial supply of paper towels, dishwasher pods, dish soap and cleaning spray, plus dish cloths and dish towels.
Bedding and linens
- Complete bedding set: each bed is prepared with a clean mattress protector, fitted sheet, flat sheet and luxury quilt.
- Pillows: a mix of both firm and soft pillows for each bed.
- Extra blankets: additional blankets (and throws) in each bedroom for extra warmth and comfort.
Luxury linens and laundry
- Luxury bath towels: plush 100% cotton bath towels (two per guest), plus hand towels, washcloths and makeup towels.
- Spa towels: separate spa / pool towels (or beach towels) for outdoor use.
- Laundry detergent: a starter supply of unscented laundry detergent pods / liquid.
- Fabric softener: a starter supply of unscented fabric softener sheets.
- Waste management: an initial supply of heavy-duty trash bags (kitchen and bathroom sizes).
Outdoors and entertainment
- Grill implements: a full set (tongs, spatula, cleaning brush).
- A propane grill, with propane.
- A charcoal grill and smoker with a charcoal chimney.
- Firewood for the fire pit and the wood stove.
- A portable induction cooktop for the outdoor kitchenette.
Please bring your own
- Cookware, if you prefer your own: the indoor stove is induction, so make sure it is induction compatible.
- Charcoal and smoking wood for the charcoal grill and smoker. You're welcome to dig through our pile for hickory, maple and cherry.
